Can you increase business without putting more time?

As owners or managers, we often find difficult even in the best case to go out and find new business. You probably thought that if you could find a way to squeeze that into your day without spending more time away from your family or working weekends, you'd be all set, right? Guess what? You and all that it will take a little preparation.
1. Keep a box of cards in your car. In this way, you can always keep a stack of cards in your wallet or card holder.

The next time you go out to eat, leave a card on the table when you leave.

When you are at the library, swipe your card in some books related to your industry. Make sure you put them near the middle of the book so they do not fall when someone casually flipping.
Place a card holder for your business cards on the counter at your dry cleaner. Most of them are more than happy to help a good customer.
Give each friend stack your cards to distribute.

2. Make a goal of meeting at least one new person each day. If you hear someone talk about your business or hobby of yours, make it a point to introduce yourself. Start a conversation while you wait in line at the bank or Office Depot. You can never see or even talk to these people, but chances are good that you want. 3. Never eat alone. You have to eat and so did everyone else, so why not use this time to get together with friends and associates? There are some advantages to both here.

You can stay in touch with people without taking much time out of your workday.
Interacting with people you enjoy being in the company of, your stress level will decrease.
Your name is on the front of their minds - ideal for references!

4. Network in a non-work related organization. It can be anything - a baseball team, a church or charity, community group - pretty much. The idea is to have the ability to network without the aid of habit that you should deal with a chamber of commerce or other business organization related. If you do not currently participate in something that is not work-related, you should seriously consider. It will help you create a balance between your work and personal life, while opening a new business channel.
